Logging in to Kolaybet means stepping into your entire gaming world. The process itself is straightforward, but keeping a few things in mind will make the experience even smoother. This page covers every aspect of logging in — whether you're a first-time user or someone running into an issue.
There are two ways to log in to Kolaybet — with your email or your mobile number. Use whichever you registered with. If you've forgotten which email you used to create your account, try your mobile number instead. Going through both options usually does the trick.
When entering your password, always keep in mind that it is case-sensitive. A very common reason for login failure is having Caps Lock on without realising it. If you're logging in on mobile, it's a good idea to disable your keyboard's auto-correct feature, as it can alter the characters in your password.
The "Remember this device" option is useful when logging in on your own personal phone or computer. Next time, you won't need to type your email or password — you'll go straight in. However, do not enable this option on a cyber café or shared device, as it could allow someone else to access your account.
Kolaybet has several measures in place to keep your login secure. Multiple consecutive failed password attempts will temporarily lock your account — this is designed to protect you from unauthorized access. You'll receive an email notification if a login is detected from a new device or unfamiliar location. If you didn't make that login yourself, change your password immediately and contact support.
Never share your password with anyone — this cannot be stressed enough. The Kolaybet support team will never ask for your password. If someone calls or emails you claiming to be a Kolaybet employee and asks for your password, it is a scam — hang up immediately and report it to us. Use a strong, unique password for your account and never reuse a password from another site on Kolaybet.
Once you log in and reach the dashboard, there are a few things worth checking right away. The Balance section shows your current wallet balance and bonus balance separately. Head over to the Bonus section to see if any offers are currently active — special offers are often made available right after login and are only valid for a limited time. Your Gaming History keeps a full record of all your previous bets.
You can track your VIP programme progress as soon as you log in. Points are added with every bet you place, and once enough points accumulate, you move up to the next VIP level. High roller and VIP members see exclusive offers and higher betting limits right on the dashboard after login. Logging in regularly means you never miss out on these benefits.
If you run into any login issues — whether you've forgotten your password, lost access to your email, or your account has been locked — reach out to support. Our team is available in Bengali and typically resolves issues quickly. As long as your identity can be verified against your account, even complex situations can be sorted out.
Using Kolaybet on mobile is completely seamless. The site is fully optimized for mobile browsers, so the lack of a dedicated app makes no difference. Simply open Chrome or Safari, visit the site, log in, and all features will work as expected. You can also add a shortcut to your smartphone's home screen for quick access — it works just like an app.
Check your Responsible Gaming settings as soon as you log in. Setting deposit limits and session reminders keeps gaming enjoyable every time.
